All UK deliveries are sent by EVRI or Royal Mail, the cheapest is the slowest untracked method. If you want it Tracked or quickly please upgrade. Please respect all items are made to order, they are not available for immediate dispatch, they have to be made especially for you. This includes everything apart from coins in the shop. We are unable to send items to Germany and due to that country's internal laws, we're sorry, we love Germany and holiday there, we are banned from sending items to buyers in Germany. All other international destinations are as 1/10 serviced by EVRI International, if over £10 or if there are coins included and Tracked for security reasons. Please remember that the Etsy estimated delivery date is purely that it is not guarantee and is often wrong, order well in advance of when you will require the item if for a gift or a special occasion.

posted on time, delivered by Royal Mail second class post, the economy option of the four postal alternatives. The ‘less good quality card’ is in fact a 210gsm white art card that is hand cut and is just packaging that stops the badge from moving about and getting scratched, the badge being designed to be added to your greeting card. We do not offer gift packaging.

Are the coins real?
Yes!
When were the coins made?
They were minted the year that is shown on the coin.
Will you accept an order from Germany?
Sorry no, Germany now require a licence to be purchased for the purposes of paying for the processing of packaging materials. Fulfilling an order from Germany without a licence would attract a considerably large fine and the order would be destroyed. All of our packaging is eco-friendly and recyclable, but we cannot see the reason behind buying a licence from a re-cycling company that will never see our packaging to process, it appears we would just be giving money to a German company for no reason as they will not do any work so ever for it. We have therefore as a number of other businesses have done, withdrawn from the Germany market as of May 31st 2022.
Do you post to BFPOs?
Sorry, no we don't, this is due to huge delays and lost items. If you want to send to a BFPO, please have the item sent to you in the UK and then post under your cover at your own risk to BFPOs.
When will I get my order?
Etsy give estimates on delivery, they are not guarantees and are often incorrect as they do not take into account UK public holidays or disruption to the UK postal services. Orders to non-UK addresses can be delayed due to customs in the receiving country and general processing. Please get in contact with us if you have not received your order in 14 day if you are in the UK. If you are outside the UK, please get in touch if you have not received you order after one month but please note that some countries can take longer.
Can you guarantee delivery days?
No, as soon as the order leaves me and is in the hands of a third party I have no control on when the item will be delivered, they give me estimates, Etsy give there own estimates to you, they are just guesses on when the order may turn up in a perfect world. Yes, I can guarantee a delivery date but I would have to deliver personally, all expenses and costs plus my time would need to be paid in full at the time of ordering. If you want to do this contact me before ordering to see how much and if I'm available to make the delivery directly to you. If you just order and specify a delivery date I will normally decline the order.
